Veterans Heating & AC offers competitive preventative maintenance plans to tune up all of your heating and cooling systems. This agreement is between the purchaser and Veterans AC & Heat Inc. for the purpose of providing preventative maintenance on the heating and air conditioning system. We agree to preform inspection and maintenance services as specified in the cooling and heating checklists.

Terms and Conditions
Repair workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days from date of repair. This contract is transferable. This service agreement review is for a single unit at one address. If customer decides to accept HMA, office to send out a Home Maintenance Agreement per address for records. Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm no trip charge with Gold & Platinum packages. For service call after hours, on weekends or holidays, service is available for a trip charge of $99.00 plus parts and labor minus discounts. For service calls after hours, weekends or holidays, emergency service is only available to our home maintenance agreement customers.
