Last week Nathan came out ton Friday to look at the issue I was having and diagnosed the issue. He was very thorough and explained everything I needed to know, which was a new AC unit.
Today, Monday, Jeremiah came out and confirmed that i did, indeed, need a new unit. He was also awesome in explaining everything to me and the best replacement with the best cost. Tomorrow, Tuesday, I'll get my new AC, which came with a GREAT rate, and I will be cool again (AC wise).
