Tim and his associate, whose name I can't remember, came for our initial call. Our old system had died. Nick and Ron completed our new install the next day. Platinum Service tech, Ethan, showed up on time for our scheduled maintenance. He found an issue with a burned "hot" wire. For the last couple of years Veterans Techs have been repairing issues with capacitors, etc. All have suggested the AC unit is in it's end stages. Now 14 years old, I opted not to repair but to replace the whole system. Weather in FL is hard on AC as well as roofs which is where the forced air ducts are. I was given three choices on a replacement system AND a recommendation.
To shorten the story, I had the system replaced. Everyone showed up when they were supposed to and completed the work as promised. Better efficiency, lower amps and QUIET.

I don't have enough positive things to say about Veterans AC & Heat. They just finished a 3-day install of a new HVAC system and all new duct work. From the start of the process, Jeremiah was great walking me through the options, financing plans, and answering all of my questions. He was very quick to reply with any questions I had. The installation crew was amazing as well, installers Chris C. and Ethan R. were here all three days and were incredibly professional and polite. They showed up on time, worked hard and were also available to answer my questions along the way. Day 2 was ductwork day and installers Xavier H. and Matthew Young were added to the crew and a couple others whose names I didn't catch. Everyone who came out was professional, respectful, and worked diligently. I highly recommend Veteran's for all your HVAC needs. Thank you Veterans for a great experience and a cool house.
Our AC unit was installed in 1985 and it decided it was time to retire. Veterans had serviced it before so I called them in because they handled the number one AC unit in the business. We live in a small 55 community in a Mobile home. After working out the arrangements Veterans had their work cut out for them and the installation team performed the job to perfection replacing everything and also removed our old furnace and finished the opening where it set and we now have extra storage in our kitchen area. The total time to install the unit was less than 6 hours. We are very happy with the whole experience from the time we worked the arrangements and cost out and them packing up after the installation was completed.
